Our Process

  1. We do our research. We meticulously scan our networks of dealer-only auctions, other used car dealerships, private purchases and our trade-ins to determine what we believe is a great vehicle.
  2. The vehicle will now go through our Certified Pre-Owned Inspection along with an MVI inspection.
  3. Our Certified Pre-Owned Inspection consists of a 200-point Vehicle Inspection where our Certified Mechanic will thoroughly inspect and report on the vehicle.
  4. Once the report has been reviewed we will determine if the vehicle meets and exceeds our quality standards and if it is worthy of selling to a customer. 
  5. If the vehicle doesn’t meet our high standards, we will return the vehicle. Roughly 4 out of every 10 vehicles will be returned as they don’t meet our or our customer’s expectations.
  6. Once the vehicle passes our inspection and is repaired by our highly trained technician, it goes straight to get undercoated. After that, we professionally detail the vehicle and prepare it for sale via cash purchase or finance loan.
